To receive a Crystal Bed Healing Table session you simply remove your shoes and jewelry, then lie down fully clothed on a massage table with the crystals suspended above you so that each of the 7 Vogel cut crystals is aligned with your corresponding chakra. The lights are dimmed, soft music is turned on, and the pulsating lights through the crystals are turned on. All you need do is relax, clear your mind, let go, and bathe in the energy. For best results it is recommended you wear comfortable white clothing and maintain an attitude of openness and receptivity.
